Publishing opportunities
January 01, 2020
We are delighted to inform that we have secured a number of publishing opportunities, such as a section of short-essays and film reviews in a special Cinema Scandinavia issue, and longer in-depth studies on a book anthology. Both publishing opportunities are confirmed and we are only waiting to conclude the publishing details of the book before we can announce more details. These publishing opportunities will be open both for symposium participants and to non-participants, however, it will be an advantage point to participate in the symposium. More soon!

No registration fees
March 08, 2016
We are happy to announce that we have managed to gather enough support to allow us to run the symposium free of any registration fees. This was only possible due to the generous support of the Faculty of Humanties (NTNU), The Institute for Comparative Research in Human Culture, and the Department of Art and Media Studies (NTNU)

Friends and symposium followers, in addition to a special issue in Cinema Scandinavia, we are currently discussing the publishing terms of a book volume with a publisher who has shown interest in the symposium. We hope to have good news to share soon and we will keep you posted on this and other developments! In the meantime, we invite you to check out the fabulous Cinema Scandinavia magazine. Stay tuned
